ACRYLIC ROTAMETER

Acrylic Body Rotameter is basically a variable area flowmeter.
It is used to measure the instant flow rate of liquid & gases.
The essential working part is tapered flow tube precision machined inside the transparent acrylic block.
When flow occurs. Position of float indicates the flow rate on scale engraved on acrylic body.

BYPASS ROTAMETER

By Pass Rotameter Suitable for high range of fluid in pipe line between 2'" or above upto 300 mm NB. Where on line rotameter cant be used. It consist of one orifice plate to be mounted in the pipe line between two flange. one more integral orifice with two inlet & outlet & one by pass Rotameter is provided to read, direct flow.

The diffrential pressure across the annulus area is constant and the Flowrate is measured as a function of the position of annulus area created by float position. The position of the float is sensed by a magnet and indicated On the dial in terms of flow rate.

The flowing media engages a vaned rotor causing it to rotate at an angular velocity proportional to flow rate. The pick -of coil senses the spinning motion of the rotor inside the pipe & converts it into a pulsating electrical signal. Summation of the pulsating electrical signal is directly related to the total flow.
